This Queensland Government Business centrally manages the largest office property portfolio in Queensland - including 1 million square metres of office space, accommodating more than 60,000 public servants and managing a broad range of property assets.
The business unit manages a portfolio of approximately 3100 government employee housing residences.
You will report to the Principal Lease Manager and will support this whole-of-Government lease procurement and lease management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Records management and filing
- Printing and scanning of documentation
- Preparing documents for Lease Managers
- Assisting Lease Managers with maintenance requests
- Assisting with invoicing
About You:
- Beginning knowledge of commercial property sector
- Knowledge of Excel
- Property Economics degree (not essential, but a significant advantage)
- Knowledge of the file management system Content Manager would be advantageous
- Competent written and oral communication skills
