The Role
Working for Brisbane Real Estate practice, this role will suit someone who is looking for a true Legal Assistant style of role. You will have the opportunity to add enormous value to the practice group with your ability
to prioritise tasks, forward plan and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Your duties will include, but not be limited too:
- Diary and email management
- File handling and maintenance
- Document generation and manipulation
- Multiple stakeholder management and liaising (both internal and external)
- Monthly billing
About You
You have a minimum of 2 yr+ experience as a Legal Secretary, preferability from a Real Estate/Commercial Property or Construction and Infrastructure practice . You will hold strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team and fantastic communication skills. If you're a law student who can work full-time hours, we would also love to hear from you.
