Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a property litigation and project conveyancing team
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings
- Maintaining legal files, both in physical and electronic formats
- Communicating with external parties and clients
- Dictation and transcription
- Providing administrative support, such as answering phones, processing mail, and filing documents, billings and invoices.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary preferably in conveyancing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive mindset, team oriented, great energy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Full time Monday- Friday
