The Role
The Legal Secretary role sits within the Government & Administrative law team and involves working on fast paced litigation files and providing a high level of secretarial support to a down-to-earth Partner and his team. This dynamic and fast-paced team, are a close-knit and social group.
Duties
- Drafting letters and documents
- Liaising with clients
- Diary management
- Organising travel arrangements
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing monthly bills
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a Legal Secretary. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced team and providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise will be key to your success in this role.
