An EXCITING role has arisen for a junior to intermediate level Legal Secretary ready for the next challenge in their career!! Be an integral part of the team by providing a high level of support to senior Lawyers!

This role will keep you busy and challenged! You will be providing high level administration support, including:

• Diary and email management;
• Preparing and amending complex legal documents;
• Digital dictation typing;
• Preparing and sending correspondence & court documents;
• Preparation of briefs to counsel;
• Opening and preparing files;
• Maintaining client records;
• Liaise with clients and external providers;
• File administration including filing and Archiving;
• Answering, screening and directing phone calls;
• Electronic Filing;
• Monthly billing;
• General office administrative duties.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have:

• Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
• A proactive and enthusiastic work style.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be coming from a small or boutique environment and/or want to return to the legal industry after a break from their career!
