Level 1 IT Support Technician

Due to substantial growth, they are looking for an experienced Level 1 IT Support Technician to join their team on the beautiful Gold Coast (Arundel location).
Job tasks and responsibilities
ONGC specialise in Cloud services with a forum to allow their engineers to experiment and create ground breaking IP solutions. Whether through SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, PowerApps, the opportunities to explore your creativity are endless.
As a Level 1 IT Support Technicianyou will be responsible for working with a number of clients across a variety of engagements, maintaining relationships with clients, proactively resolving issues and offering solutions. This role will be both challenging and fulfilling.
To be successful, you must possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A vibrant, flexible and can do attitude
- Willingness to learn by putting in the ‘hard yards’
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve and troubleshoot whilst under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience/exposure in active directory, exchange, Office 365 and other cloud based technology
- A degree or diploma in IT or related discipline
Skills and experience
- Previous work experience in a MSP is a distinct advantage, and customer service experience is a MUST
- Certifications (Microsoft/ITIL/Cisco, CompTIA) will be highly regarded
- You will be a great communicator, be known for your outstanding customer service and take ownership of customer issues to get them resolved
- Must thrive in a team environment
- Proficient in MS365
- Ability and willingness to work towards key performance indicators and service level agreements
