The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.The rolePosition available: Fixed Term Contract - FT hours, until 25/10/2024Toll Group Equipment division are seeking a driven and detail oriented Maintenance Administrator to support our internal fleet maintenance activities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support nationally to the equipment division, assisting with invoicing, customer relations, and 3rd party communications.Assist with driving a seamless fleet maintenance operation with you your strong organisational skills, data entry and reporting ability, and general administrative capability. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including purchase orders, work orders and 3rd party administration.
- Liaising with external suppliers and service providers to ensure data integrity and up-to-date records.
- Monitoring maintenance costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Supporting the maintenance team with data entry, reporting, compliance and general administrative tasks
- Quality assurance tasks such as compliance administration
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, or exposure to administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
