Finlay (www.finlay.com.au) are Australia's largest mobile crushing & screening dealership who require an experienced marketing coordinator to work with management and our sales team in the creation and management of the group marketing activities.
The ideal applicant will have experience in a previous similar role and be able to not only manage the activities, but actually create the content to deliver it across our marketing mediums.
The position is offered as a part time or full time role to the best suited applicant.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute the groups marketing objectives.
- Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget and timeframe.
- Manage and maintain company CRM/Mailchimp system
- Drive and lead all digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- End-to-end development and maintenance including but not limited to: Company website, printed communication, social and professional media i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook etc. and all company promotional items
- Provide regular reports to Management as required.
Skills and experience
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of personal drive, ethics and commitment to high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- A creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- An ability to actually undertake website and digital communication updates along with creation and completion of advertising layouts.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in the Mining and Crushing/Screening and or Recycling sectors would be highly regarded.
