Description
The role of Marketing Manager will have a primary focus to deliver the goals and objectives of the marketing plan alongside managing the marketing function. Forming part of the Senior Leadership team you’ll report directly to the MD collaborating closely with your sales and product counterparts.
Key responsibilities;
- Collaborate with technical leaders to create content for built environment marketing collateral
- Lead a team of two by way of coaching, training and mentoring, achieve goals through continuous improvement, innovation, quality and excellence
- Create value propositions and key messaging that aligns with the needs of different customer segments and building sectors
- Mapping customer journey
- Market modelling
- Oversee website (blogs, product pages, case studies)
- Utilize dashboards, date and analytics
- Work with CRM and other marketing automation tools and platforms to create customer journeys
- Manage agency relationships
Tertiary education, ideally a post graduate qualification in Marketing.
Experience of leading a marketing team.
Exposure to either the building materials, construction, built environment or wider building products industry.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
Location and remuneration
- North Melbourne based although the role comes with a hybrid working model
