Are you passionate about healthcare and looking for an opportunity to be at the forefront of medical administration? Health Hub Springfield   seeks a dynamic Medical Receptionist to join our rapidly expanding team. As we grow to encompass a 10 GP clinic, radiology, psychology, diabetes clinic, weight loss clinic, fracture clinic, and infusion clinic, we need someone dedicated to achieving excellence in healthcare and ensuring our patients receive the best service possible.

• Warmly welcome and check-in patients upon their arrival.
• Efficiently handle phone inquiries and direct incoming calls.
• Schedule, book, and confirm patient appointments.
• Manage both private and MBS billing.
• Coordinate health assessment and vaccination clinic documentation.
• Open and close the clinic, ensuring doctors' rooms are cleaned and ready for the next day.
• Oversee stationary orders and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to our team of doctors.
• Foster and maintain relationships with third parties, including hospital specialists.

• Medical administration experience is a plus but not essential.
• Must provide two previous employers as referees.
• Familiarity with general practice IT software and Medicare billing.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional accuracy with data entry and a keen attention to detail.
