We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Peninsula Clinics. This is a full time, permanent position to work Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7am and 5.45pm.
What will you be doing?
· Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
· Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
· Providing excellent customer service and patient care
· Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
Our Ideal Candidate
· Previous Medical Receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
· Customer service/Administration Experience
· Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
