We are an accredited medical practice and strive to deliver quality care, with compassion and commitment. We provide services to enrolled Curtin University students, family members listed on overseas student health cover policies, current Curtin University staff and general community for Covid-19 vaccinations only.

Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our efficient and fast-paced team to provide services and support the operation of the services and our general practitioners.
In this role, you will:
- Be the welcoming face of our services, greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing information on health services offered.
- Manage patient records, handle phone calls, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient flow and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in handling sensitive patient information.
You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
