With specialist sites & clinics scattered around Melbourne, we're looking for a real go-getter with a healthy outlook to join this team! Located in the heart of Carlton, you'll need to be tech-savvy, organised & confident.

What do you do?
  • General customer service & reception duties
  • Secretarial requirements & administration
  • Coordinate and organise clinic appointments
  • Liaise with GPs, other health professionals and their teams
  • Liaise with patients & relevant third parties
  • Process payments, accounts & banking
  • Manage CRM & database systems
  • General Health & Safety
  • Complete transcription & the typing of documents  
What do you need:
  • 1-2 Years experience in similar role
  • Great computer skills in various software programs & databases
  • Record of dealing with medical terminology, procedures & diagnosis
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Impeccable written, verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task in times of pressure and stress
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of organisational skills & time management skills
