Medical Receptionist – Casual
Here at Warragul Family Medicine we are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to apply their fantastic customer service skills to the business and be part of a great team. 

We are a small yet busy family orientated medical practice with 5 GP's.
There will be rostered hours available on Tuesdays of 8hrs and also a 1 in 4 rotating roster 9am - 12pm Saturdays.
Importantly you must be available to cover for annual and personal leave (which may be on short notice).

Ideally, you will be a confident and experienced Medical Receptionist
Main responsibilities will include:
• Being the friendly face of our clinic and the first point of contact for patients 
• Reception support, taking and responding to general patient enquiries, scheduling of patient appointments, managing telephone inquiries and maintaining an accurate appointment schedule and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic
• Opening and/or closing of the clinic
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
• You are a friendly, positive person with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and flexible with your time is a MUST
• Experience using Best Practice or other general practice software is favourable
• You have excellent presentation skills and responsible, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information
