Vibrant energetic candidate is sought to work as part of an incredible team as a Medical Receptionist in a Rheumatology practice in Robina.
Days required in clinic are Thursdays and Fridays
Half day Tuesday work from home on phones
1 Saturday morning a month in Robina in clinic also sought.
Your role is working 1-1 with a Rheumatologist in a busy clinic and providing all administration that is required to support the smooth running of the practice and excellent patient care and support. You will also be working as part of a reception team as a team to ensure that all details for the medical side of care are taken care of and that high levels of patient care are provided.

Job Description:
Meeting and greeting patients
Building relationship with patients
Precise and meticulous record keeping
Doing all administration required for the running of the practice
Taking payments from patients and service providers
Accurate billings and accounting for monies
Billing patients and affiliated service providers when required
Responding directly to the Rheumatologist and taking instructions directly
Taking care of the office and office supplies as required and instructed
Making appointments, taking queries and passing on messages as required
Being the public representative of the practice liasing with patients doctors and medical practice.
Working independently as the solo receptionist on the day that you are working in clinic
Answering phones and making calls as required
Working with medical software system Shexie
