We are a specialist clinic (cardiology) in central Melbourne. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our growing team at our two locations, Coburg and Gisborne in Victoria.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations
- Handling of incoming calls
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Coordinating diagnostic tests conducted on-site
- Processing payments via EFTPOS
- Managing patient invoicing and receipting
- Assisting with general office duties
- Collaborating effectively within a team
Prior experience is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided for our web-based patient management software - Xestro. This position requires on-site presence as well as occasionally working from home.
