Medical Receptionist

Our psychology clinic is seeking an experienced and friendly part-time receptionist to work approx. 15 hours per week on a Monday and Tuesday. 

Monday - 1.00-8.30 pm         Tuesday - 1.00-7.30 pm

The role also involves covering personal leave and annual leave shifts as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience within general or specialist practice
• Strict adherence to patient confidentiality 
• Have a high level of computer skills and ability to learn systems with ease
• Motivation to learn and work well under pressure
• Must be able to self-manage and problem solve
• Highly organised
• Compassionate towards clients
• Have excellent customer service skills including a great telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Assisting practitioners as required
