An exciting opportunity has become available to work in private practice within the specialty of Dermatology. We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join this professional team on a permanent part-time capacity, working 5 days per fortnight. We are seeking someone specifically who is like-minded to our client, ensuring patient care is paramount and will enjoy patient interaction.

Your day will flow, as you utilise your receptionist skills, from front-of-house, accounts processing, to assisting the doctor with a variety of duties whilst caring for and supporting the patients' needs.

The role is offered 5 days per fortnight.

• Week 1. Monday and Friday
• Week 2. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Front desk reception duties.
• Be the face and meet and greet patients on arrival.
• Answer telephones.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Data entry (Medilink and Medical Director software)
• Prepare patient accounts.
• Accept and receipt payments.
• Assist with general enquiries.
• Liaise with doctors during consulting sessions.

• Organised and efficient.
• Friendly and mature manner.
• Professional outlook.
• Ability to cover additional hours
• Computer literate

Previous experience within a medical practice is essential along with computer literacy and excellent communication skills. An emphasis on customer service is required.
