Full time opportunity for experienced Medical Secretary to join surgical clinic based in Melbourne CBD.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Medical Secretary to demonstrate their exemplary organisation and customer service skills to join the group practice of a dedicated team of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. This is a brand-new purpose-built facility with cafés and fitness centre within the building and accessible to all. You will be conveniently based in Melbourne CBD, close to all forms of public transport!
This position calls upon a person who is self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and computer competency. The ability to work within a team environment while exhibiting the ability to multi-task will be essential to your success in this role.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with busy phone line
- Scheduling patient bookings and organising appointments.
- Assist to run consulting sessions.
- Preparing consult patient accounts.
- Maintaining accurate patient and digital records.
- Use of medical software package; VIP (Not essential but desirable).
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who enjoys working within a team and is passionate about delivering superior patient care.
The vacancy on offer is permanent full time, working 38 hours per week over 4 or 5 days (to be discussed at interview). Reception experience within medical, dental rooms or in the corporate sector will also be considered. The role is based in the CBD.
