- The National Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will develop account plans, implement innovative strategies, and oversee the onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive account plans to identify growth opportunities and understand client structures and environments.
- Enhance client relationships through initiatives and augmented product offerings.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to attract new clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance existing products and develop new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Lead seamless onboarding of new clients and oversee account performance reviews.
- Maintain financial relationships with assigned accounts and major service partners.
- Conduct interstate travel as required.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience Account Managing in the automotive space.
- A strong level of understanding of automotive insurance.
- Significant experience in corporate sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in building relationships at all organisational levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Well-presented and professional demeanour.
