About The Opportunity
We are seeking a National Account Manager for our Building Projects division to be a central point of contact & account ‘conduit’ for key customers and operational teams across Australia to ensure a seamless and exceptional service for our clients.
This newly created and permanent full-time position can be based in either Sydney (Auburn, NSW) or Melbourne (Notting Hill, VIC) and offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact at work with the support to build a rewarding career while balancing your passions.
Leveraging your strong customer service skills and solution-oriented approach to business development, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver exceptional customer relationship management.
- Partner with clients and operations teams to achieve organic growth and retention objectives.
- Continually improve strategies and processes to increase performance.
- Work closely with the National Account team colleagues across a broad span of industry sectors.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery gained through exceptional account management and business development experience. A background or strong knowledge of the building industry, maintenance services or brand is also highly desirable, however not essential (building, carpentry, fit-out and refurbishment, facilities maintenance etc).
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability
- Proactive approach to relationship management and business development
- Acute attention to detail
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
- Building License or Trades Qualification is beneficial, however not essential
