We are seeking an experienced National Business Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts on a national scale, specifically catering to an Enterprise QSR customer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to meet the unique needs of our QSR partner, driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships.

This position can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Enterprise QSR customer to achieve financial targets and drive sustainable business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the customer portfolio to increase sales volume
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer’s organisation to deliver key strategic projects
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to both inform and make business decisions
  • Develop and present business proposals aligned with the needs and objectives of the Enterprise QSR customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for business objectives related to the performance of the customer
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the QSR sector to senior management
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service to customers and their stakeholders by delivering the everyday requirements at a restaurant level

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales or business development role, with specific experience in serving Enterprise QSR customers
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results for both company and the customer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships at all levels of the customer’s organisation
  • Ability to think at a system level with an understanding of how key functions interact with each other
  • Knowledge of the poultry industry and understanding of market dynamics within the QSR sector will be strongly regarded
