Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.
THE ROLE
As National Business Manager your role will be to drive and win National & Key Accounts to build a sustainable & profitable business. This will involve aligning the Neverfail sales strategy with your customers’ needs and leading execution of the go to market model across the National and State Sales operations.
As the channel lead you are the key point of contact for all aspects of Neverfail sales within National customers and will also be responsible for ensuring not only that a critical relationship exists, but the smooth functioning between Sales and Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the commercial trading relationship with the customer, including the establishment and implementation of trading terms, contract negotiation and/or tender management.
- Build and enhance customer relationships through joint business plans, understanding your customers business drivers, foreseeing future needs and providing win/win solutions.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service and dispatch to identify and agree on best practice end to end customer service offering to enable consistent execution nationally.
- Actively grow new business opportunities by identifying key industry segments to focus leads and trading Chains looking for the total hydration solution
- Develop and maintain detailed sales tools to support customer growth to ensure the sales team can deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrating the value of the overall Neverfail/Aqua Vital portfolio
- Contribute to the leadership and development a team of indirect reports
- Owning the account from start to finish from logistics to manufacturing and credit terms
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven ability to manage across complex business structures (product offerings, channels, customers, geography), including large complex national accounts
- Business to Business selling experience (preferably within the FMCG industry)
- Advanced business and financial acumen skills
- Ability to build and maintain strategic business partnerships
- Ability to establish new business opportunities
- Experience in building compelling customer proposals, business reviews and plans
- Leadership capability with proven experience in building engagement
- Strong Action Management skills with the ability to problem solve and complete tasks accurately and quickly
