As an integral part of the senior team, this dynamic and rewarding role will see you providing strategic direction as well as hands on leadership of a highly skilled commercial team.

The Successful Candidate:
- Ideally possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years sales line management experience within the devices/pharma industry.
- Ideally the candidate would also have experience in strategic account management in a complex environment.
- Must be an inspiring and motivational leader capable of supporting a highly skilled and motivated sales professionals.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieving outstanding sales results.
