Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our small family business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our company.
Office is based in Lilydale
happy to have flexible hours to walk around school hours or other commitments
Roughly 25 to 30 hours per week needed
Hourly rate will be negotiated on experience but minimum five years experience wanted
**Responsibilities:**
- Apply for permits
- Liaise with architects and engineers
- Handle contract administration
- Complete detailed specifications
- Create trade partnerships
- Generate purchase orders for trades
- Manage colour selections
- Email collation and filing
- Maintain job files
- Schedule trades and supplies
- Perform general bookkeeping
- Manage profit and loss statements
- Complete warranty booklets for handovers
- Liaise with clients
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
