About the role
The Accounts and Office Administrator is the face of the business meeting all clients, the person that brings the office together, and is support to the accountant.
- Reception, greet clients and answer incoming calls
- General office administration tasks, filing, data entry etc.
- Processing payments and invoicing clients
- Invoice reconciliation
- Preparing individual tax returns
- 12 months experience in a similar role is required
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
- Early finish on Fridays
