OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Williamstown North VIC 3016
Working 5 days a week from our Williamstown North office, we have an excellent opportunity for someone keen to utilize their administration experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Data entry – QuickBooks software
- Overseeing and responding to client emails
- Maintenance and upkeep of works schedule
- Creating and handling client invoices
- Collection of overdue invoices
- Inbound and outbound communications
- Courier and travel bookings
- Ordering of office supplies and stock control
- Scanning, printing and filing paperwork
- Postage.
** QuickBooks software Experience highly desirable
Hours
8am-4pm Monday to Friday
Must have a valid Australian drivers licence and own reliable transport.

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, and a logical and organized approach to your daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as data entry into a centralized system
- Calm, confident manner with a customer orientation focus - guiding clients to the most opportune solution by maintaining the relationship, giving focused advice and offering an excellent service at all times.
