We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our family business in the Hair Industry. We have 21 salons across NSW and our own product range.
A typical day in this role involves:
- Answering and directing incoming calls, emails and documents;
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers;
- Managing diaries and schedules;
- Assisting with drafting documents and briefs;
- General administration duties including filing, stationery, office supplies;
- Stock Control, Data Entry
- Booking and directing Couriers
- Any other duties as directed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:-
- Minimum 1 year office experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Impeccable attention to detail;
- Good typing, spelling and grammar;
- A good familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel
