Specialized Heating & Cooling is a leader in the heating and cooling industry. We require an experienced office person for our head office in Melton.
The applicant is expected to be available to assist where required in several areas of the office administration and company requirements as requested by management particularly in the following areas.
Receipt of purchase orders - data entry
After sales service.
Invoicing
Installation bookings
Profit and loss reports
Reception
Data entry
Must have excellent communication, organisational skills and great attention to detail and the ability to learn new skills
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9:00am -5:00pm
This position is regarded as a key role in our company with room for advancement, training in all aspects of our office admin will be provided.
An increase in pay is available after the trial period.
