Join the team as an Office Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients growing business. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll collaborate across departments to maintain accurate data and information.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office maintenance, shared spaces, and vehicles.
  • Coordinate internal and external functions, including catering.
  • Maintain current stock of stationery and promotional materials.
  • Support the Bookkeeper in updating project financials.
  • Provide assistance with the project management system, including data entry, document control, internal audits, and reporting.
  • Manage reception duties, providing a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • Arrange travel and car hire as needed.
  • Format reports to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Handle courier services, banking, and postage requirements.
  • Offer administrative support to all staff members.
