Office Manager

Our client is a boutique expanding accounting firm with offices currently in Tamworth and Narrabri. With an experienced team of professionals providing professional accounting and taxation services, they are experts in the agricultural and professional services sector. 

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the administrative operations of the practice.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

• Welcome clients/visitors to the practice and direct them to relevant office/personnel
• Create and update records and databases with client, financial and other data
• Prepare and lodge individual income tax returns via practice software and ATO portal
• Liaise with clients via phone and email 
• Assist senior staff and colleagues

With 5 years experience in a similar role, you will also need: 

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Familiar with accounting software packages
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
