We're seeking a talented Administrative Officer/Office Manager to join our vibrant Melbourne office. In this dynamic part-time (0.5 FTE) role, you will be the lynchpin of our daily activities, providing critical support across various teams. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. What you will be doing (Te whakamahere):
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Collaborate seamlessly with our diverse team, providing essential support that keeps NZTE's core functions humming. You'll be the hero behind the scenes, freeing up your colleagues to focus on driving customer growth. Think providing exceptional visitor hospitality, managing office supplies, maintaining facilities and assets, tackling IT hiccups, reporting and resolving incidents effectively, and coordinating team meetings and office events.
· Contribute to the Accounts Payable function and facilitate the implementation of ongoing Wellbeing and Sustainability initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining various registers and trackers, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data captured.
What you will need to be success (Ō Pūkenga):
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
· Tech savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
· Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
