Your new role
Working with a supportive team in our Sydney office, you will act as a trusted adviser for all operational matters and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for efficiently managing office operations and providing support to a team of project managers.
- Managing and actively monitoring administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, PPE, groceries, and branded merchandise/equipment.
- Manage third-party suppliers to ensure a clean and tidy office space.
- Actively supporting staff and client events.
- Collaborating and communicating with all key stakeholders, clients and suppliers providing effective and professional customer service.
- Maintaining meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas, while ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities (office maintenance, stationery, kitchen/catering).
