We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our busy team in Melbourne.
This is quite an all rounder position where the successful candidate will be working our reception area, ensuring office supplies are stocked, raising purchase order numbers, managing general staff requests, ordering catering for meetings and answering the general phone line.
Ultimately you will be the heart of our office and the heart of our team.
As the Office Manager you will also be responsible for any maintenance reporting to building management, allocation of security passes and many other tasks to keep our business running smoothly.
This is an important role for all of us and your work is always appreciated.

This is a full time position working five days a week in the office.
