Crave Home Staging has recently launched in Perth and continues to grow, and we are seeking a part-time Office System Administrator to join the team.
Crave’s purpose is transforming houses for sale, into homes to love. We believe that staging a property in a style that brings out its best features and appeals to buyers’ emotions will ensure the optimum buyer falls in love with the home as soon as they walk in, and the seller can go on to achieve their future home and lifestyle dreams.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an enthusiastic and self-motivated office administrator with strong system administration skills to join a new business and provide support to the crave team.
Based in our office in Osborne Park, this role will be a permanent part time position working approx. 25 hours per week with the successful candidate available to work on a Friday.
This role will see you assist in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining the Crave rental software.
- Dashboard reporting and creation of product usage report
- Inventory and asset system management, including general accounts receivable.
- Data entry with extensive use of Microsoft excel.
- Scheduling of quotes, site visits, installations, and pickups of stock
- Driving process improvement within the business
- Liaising with customers to follow up payments.
- General administration and support to the team as required
- Answering all phone enquiries for the Crave team.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in an office system administration role
- Previous experience with inventory management or CRMs is highly desirable
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly and approachable nature
- An excellent ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation
