Our client is a specialist Law Firm who are very highly regarded in their field of speciality.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Reception for 3 days per week, 1p.m. until 6.30 p.m.
- Greeting guests
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
- Liaising with suppliers and meeting hosts to arrange catering requests
- Managing calendars
- Assist Partners with diary, travel and timesheet management
- Ad-hoc duties
