SalaryWe are looking for a Part Time Receptionist for our very busy, high end luxury hair salon in Armadale.
This is a PART TIME role working 8.30am – 5.30pm on Tuesdays and 8.30am – 6.00pm on Wednesdays.
Duties include:
• Being the first point of contact when clients arrive to the salon
• Answering the phone
• Booking client appointments over the phone / face to face
• Making tea and coffee and generally looking after our clients whilst they’re at the salon
• Assisting our senior staff with anything they may require from an administration or organisation point of view
• Ensuring all areas of the salon are clean and tidy at all times
We will provide full training on how to use our phone system and booking software.
Must have:
• Proficient and confident in using PC computer including email. Experience using Shortcuts salon software would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar reception / administration role and / or customer service role (2+ years)
• A basic understanding of salon operations and / or previous hair/beauty salon experience would be an advantage
• An understanding and / or appreciation for the luxury space / industry
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and be extremely well presented
