We strive to have the best talent in the industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Payroll Officer to join our beautifully refurbished national head office, located on North Terrace in the heart of Adelaide.
Primarily, this role will require processing and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to employees. Data entry of payroll and office administration tasks including liaising with employees via email and phone. This role must be undertaken by someone who is willing to take responsibility for their work, will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in our company and is dedicated and hardworking.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy and thrives on responsibility with attention to detail. Payroll experience required with demonstrated experience in MYOB.
You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including, but are not limited to:
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll
- Accounts processing in MYOB
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable function
- Assisting with daily banking, bank allocations and reconciliations of customer accounts
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Various general administration activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous work experience in payroll, accounts, administration, or similar role
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency across the Microsoft suite
- Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Self-motivated and can work independently
