- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end documentation

- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing (end to end and/or high pay run volumes desirable)
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour requirements
- Proficiency in excel, payroll software and other ERP's/HR systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
