SalaryRandstad is proud to be partnering with our client who are a growing ASX-Listed business within the logistics sector. They are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their tight-knit team of three on either a permanent, part-time (4 days per week) or full-time basis.

- Stable team environment - Payroll Manager has been with the company for 15+ years and the 2nd Payroll Officer being in their role for 2 + years

Your duties will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees
- Timely reporting for internal and external requirements
- Verify correctness of submitted paperwork (e.g., bank details, tax forms)
- Process new hires and terminations
- Maintain master file information and run audit reports
- Coordinate with resource planner for timesheet processing
- Input timesheets daily
- Respond to payroll queries related to timesheets
- Input employee leave forms and forward change details to National Payroll
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheet filing
- Provide support to Payroll and HR team within role boundaries
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
This role could be suited to either a junior Payroll Officer or an experienced professional seeking a role with good work/life balance and friendly environment. Additionally, you have:
- 12+ months processing experience
- Comfortable working with manual timesheets
- High level of attention to detail
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
