We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join a growing local business. As a crucial member of the team, you will assist in the manual processing to ensure the fortnightly payroll can run smoothly. About the role:Providing support to another Payroll Officer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Setting up new employees in the systemAnswering payroll inquiries and managing payroll inboxSetting up staff super, tax and bank detailsMaintaining and keeping staff details up to date ensuring accuracyAssist in the creation of staff contracts as neededProvide other assistance as requiredAbout you: To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:Previous experience in a payroll position Experience with Micropay and/or Kronos Ability to work in a team and take instructionUnderstanding of Microsoft packagesStrong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityWillingness to learnIf this Payroll Officer role sounds like the one for you, 'APPLY' now!
