About the opportunityWe’re pleased to invite applications from experienced People & Culture Business Partners to join our People and Culture team in Adelaide SA.Based in Brompton, SA, and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your key focus will be on providing HR generalist support across multiple sites in the metropolitan area. Critical to your success will be your abilities to coach and mentor leaders and guide them in building and developing strong teams. You will ensure that the right resources are in place for current needs and future growth, to achieve business outcomes. As a trusted partner, you’ll work with leaders in your Sales, Product & Brand portfolio to ensure the alignment between global strategy and local implementation.You’ll have the resilience, poise, and confidence to deal with challenging situations and be comfortable with difficult conversations; you have a pragmatic and agile approach.In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:Manage and execute all day-to-day transactional aspects of HR for your portfolio.Partner with leaders and managers to provide support and guidance on people matters.Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives.Complete end of month and other ad hoc reporting as required.Analyse and report on relevant trends across your portfolio.Leverage data to make recommendations and drive positive business outcomes.Contribute to a range of HR projects. About you What you’ll need:Significant experience in a similar role in a large and complex environment (eg FMCG, professional services or similar.)High level proficiency working with HR systems, preparing reports & data analysis.A sound understanding of Employee/Industrial Relations legislation and frameworks.Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders.A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.A current unrestricted driver’s licenseWhat we’ll offer you: A commitment to your ongoing professional development.
