The Foot Force Podiatry is a privately owned podiatry clinic. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time admin/receptionist. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, ordering stock and managing emails.
- Collaborate with podiatriststo ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice.
- Sterilisation of equipment in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Podiatry customer service role is desirable.
- Bi-lingual (Arabic/Spanish) candidate desirable, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of medical terminology or experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Schedule: This is a full time position with full-day hours. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
