Located in Kew, this high end, privately owned and established practice is seeking their next superstar to join their team.  

Working a 9 day fortnight, your role will be varied and keep you busy as you ensure the seamless running of all clinicians and support staff; the schedule is productive but stress free and provide the highest standard of client experience for each and every patient.

Working with four dentists and 3 OHT’s you will also lead/manage the staff and practice budget.

This outstanding role will suit those that have good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and priortise, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team leadership ability.

If you are professional, experienced in either dental, team leadership, sales or office management, have prior experience as a Practice Manager or Dental Receptionist and describe yourself as a self-starter who wants the opportunity to grow then apply today!

On offer is a very competitive salary consisting of base $80k + super + bonuses.
