About your new role
Our Customer Service Officers are the smiling, welcoming face of our aquatic centres and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all facility patrons. Working front of house, you will be responsible for opening and closing the facility, and assisting our patrons with membership enquiries, venue and event bookings, kiosk and merchandise purchases and general enquiries.
At our centres, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional Customer Service and appreciate that every individual is unique. Our ideal candidates will be reliable team players who believe in working together to ensure success. You must be enthusiastic and inspire those around you. Your peers would describe you as an upbeat, proactive and courteous person with a can-do attitude.
We have a number of casual positions available at Pimpama Sports Hub. You must have the flexibility and availability to work across the centre’s operating hours, including shift work, weekends, early mornings from 4am and evenings until 8pm will be highly regarded. Casual hourly rates start at $33.86 (including casual loading) plus up to 12% superannuation and applicable penalties.

The newly opened state-of-the-art Pimpama Sports Hub truly is an outstanding facility, hosting an aquatic centre with five pools, 12 netball courts and clubhouse, eight competition tennis courts, a health and fitness centre, and Community Centre. Residents enjoy the precinct’s abundant outdoor spaces where families and friends meet, socialise and exercise.
