AddressRandstad's national procurement, contracts & supply chain team is currently supporting a federal government agency with a team membership role in workforce procurement.
About the role:
- ensure that Labour Hire Workers are engaged through agreed procurement channels and
tracked throughout the Workforce Procurement process - development of procurement documentation
- collate candidate packages for assessment by the requesting business area
- raise contracts and purchase orders
- maintain a shared database
- respond to enquiries as an SME
- review all documentation received in for accuracy and completeness
- manage the timely on-boarding of successful candidates
- maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders
- maintain relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
- other duties and projects as requested.
About you:
- intermediate computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- process improvement mindset
- procurement, HR and/or Finance business systems (procurement or purchasing)
- demonstrated experience managing high volume requests and ability to multitask.
- Australian citizenship
- federal, state or local government experience
