Form of workThe Mt Magnet operations team are seeking a Project Administrator, this is a 6-month Max Term opportunity working on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will:
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management and Maintenance Initiative Project.
- Develop and manage documentation and drawing registers.
- Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates.
- Assist with maintenance data searches, including asset and work history information.
- Liaise with Document Controller and IT personnel to upload project documentation. including SharePoint.
- Assist with beta testing / stress testing of new technology platforms.
- Assist with project controls management and reporting (budget and schedule).
- Provide logistics support to the project team, including;
- Procurement of project resources.
- Team roster management.
- Site access.
- Flights and accommodation bookings.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, we would like to see;
- Certificate IV Business Administration.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a maintenance administration role in the mining or resources industry.
- High level of attention to detail & organisational skills.
- Advanced skill levels in using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Exposure to flights, accommodation, and roster management in INX.
- Exposure to a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Pronto.
- Ability to work to deadlines and have timekeeping skills.
- A West Australian C class driver’s license (manual) and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
