About the Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic Aura & Harmony Trunk Infrastructure team on the Sunshine Coast. This role plays a crucial part in the successful operation of a project that is delivering critical new water and wastewater infrastructure to support the growth of Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

As the Project Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Operate the McConnell Dowell cost system for the Project.
Coordinate the general day to day running of the site office
Provide timely cost reports to management.
Collect and collate work hours for weekly paid employees and issue for payroll processing. Maintain payroll records for staff including time keeping data and statistics.
Maintain Project personnel roster, co-ordinate flights and accommodation requirements.
Assist the Project Controls/Contract Administrator as required with any administration issues regarding the day to day operations of the Project Office.
About you
The ideal candidate is an individual who is a keen problem solver and an organised administrator with the following attributes:
Ability to operate with minimal direction, prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time.
Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Prior experience in a construction project environment highly regarded.
