Aquila Resources Pty Ltd is a Perth based company that is now in an exciting phase for one of our Iron Ore projects within Australia.
The Role
The function of the Project Administrator is to support and assist the Iron Ore Department in all aspects of reporting, translation and documentation. This role is a full time position requiring an immediate start.
Your supporting role will consist of the following duties:
- Manage all project documentation and JVP's correspondence.
- Manage archiving of all project material.
- Prepare the Aquila Iron Ore monthly report draft.
- Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Maintaining project specific delivery schedules.
- Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates.
- Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to keep progress on track.
- Preparing folders.
- Acting as a first point of contact for correspondence.
- Assist and coordinate department events.
- Maintaining credit card receipts for end of month expenses.
- General Administrative duties, data entry and translation when required.
As a proactive Project Administrator, it is essential that you have a high level of organisational and time management skills and can communicate effectively at all levels in both English and Mandarin.
Essential Criteria
Attributes of the successful candidate:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Advanced skill levels in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate excellent time keeping skills.
- Experience in the Mining or Resource Industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- A desire to continuously learn and work on a broad range of tasks.
