About the role:
The Project Administrator works within the Mental Health Centre of Excellence & Innovation unit (MHCEI). The role will provide high-quality administration support across the unit, with a priority focus on support to the Clinical Governance and Innovation team.
The role will provide support for the development and response to key initiatives, including the Mental Health Strategy and Action Plan, and the organisation wide Clinical Governance Framework and implementation. The role also enables business as usual functions including but not limited to financial monitoring, schedule management, project support and reporting.

Your duties will include:
- High-quality administration support across the unit.
- Financial monitoring - purchase orders, expenditure review.
- Schedule management - booking meetings and rooms, minute taking, follow up action register.
- Project support - coordination and contribution to a range of activities in support of projects.
- Reporting - develop and maintain processes, systems and accurate records.
- Other duties as directed by management.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality..
- Ability to balance competing demands with minimal supervision, working independently or as a member of a team.
Requirements and relevant information:
- One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
